1. No Returns on Services

Because we provide digital or in-person services and not physical goods, we do not accept "returns" in the traditional sense. However, we are committed to ensuring you have a positive experience with our services.

2. Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Delivered: If we are unable to deliver the service you purchased due to our own error or inability, you will receive a full refund.

  • Service Cancellation (by client):

    • Before service delivery begins: Full or partial refund depending on notice period and contract terms.

    • After service delivery begins: Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be prorated based on work already completed.

  • Unsatisfactory Service: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at jenny@jennysguidetopanama.comย with the following:

  • Your full name and contact information

  • Date of purchase

  • Description of the service

  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to all refund inquiries within 3 business days.

4. Exceptions

Certain services may be non-refundable, including:

  • Customized sessions that have already been delivered

  • Downloadable digital materials after they have been accessed

  • Subscription plans after the renewal date (unless canceled beforehand)

Any such exceptions will be clearly stated before purchase.
